  • Supervised and lead a staff of 54 employees developing and delivering training programs to implement a new logistical financial management system for the U. S. Army. After the initial implementation of the system, conducted analysis of the program and developed improvements to increase user proficiency in managing the system.• Researched, developed and published technical instructional manuals on management procedures for a new logistics financial system, basic procedural requirements for on-site operations, detailed supply and financial management process flows, and Computer Based from Training (CBT) – supplemental instruction.• Wrote the repair and replace procedures for the maintenance manual for the Army’s Flexible Engine Diagnostic System (FEDS and the operational and maintenance procedures for the Joint Expeditionary Collective Protection (JECP) family of systems.

  • Directed an Executive Management and Professional Development Program to improve operational effectiveness of the staff of 18 retirement communities with over 2500 employees throughout Florida. • Designed, implemented and facilitated the curriculum for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program that achieved a 99.7% passing rate (409 out of 410) students on the Florida State exam for 6+ years.• Developed and conducted seminars to train instructors, facilitators and leadership personnel to implement the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program in their facilities. • Developed LPN Leadership and Supervisory course for Florida Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (FAHSA). Course consists of four modules addressing: Florida Law, Communication, Leadership and Supervision.
