Called candidates on the CRM system, then registered and updated them accordingly. I was able to visit a client with a consultant, where I took notes and furthered my knowledge of the processes involved. This experience allowed for me to further improve my communication skills and develop my process of thinking when identifying possible candidates. Worked for a local landscaping company as a part of a three-man team renovating places such as driveways and back gardens. This allowed for lots of collaborative working and I was very eager to learn new techniques and a traditional hands-on approach. • Sep 2019 - Jun 2020

Part of a Young Enterprise group that created Recycled Time, the company recycled old vinyl records into clocks. The business won numerous awards which resulted in our organisation representing East Midlands and running for the ultimate position of ‘UK Company of the Year’ at the national finals held in London. Unfortunately we did not win, however I gained a real insight into how a business operates and how to collaborate efficiently and effectively in a team.
