  The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino - Value $2.6B - Five - Level Below-Grade Parking Structure/BOH, Seven -Level Podium/Rec Deck & Two High Rise TowersAided in the construction and close out of a new 6.5m SF multi-use facility resort and casino featuring two hotel/condominium towers containing approximately 3,000 rooms, casino, convention and conference space,exclusive and brand-name retail boutiques, fine dining restaurants, entertainment facilities, spa, salon, fitness center, nightclubs, showroom, five-acre pool deck and a five-level below grade (3,800-space) parking structure.

  San Manuel Indian Casino & Bingo - Aided in the construction and close out of a new 48,000 SF multi-use facility of gaming space including casino, bingo hall, specialty restaurants, buffet, sports bar, back-of-house space and central plant. Additional scope included and enclosed pedestrian bridge with moving walkways, a seven story, 1,190-space parking structure and one story, 450-space, below-grade valet garage.
