Completed an innovative experiential two-week curriculum on the topics of: idea generation, design thinking, the entrepreneurial mindset, innovation, sustainability, business models, and leadership development. Won the capstone challenge with the idea of innovating the already existing seaweed, lobster, and blueberry industries of Maine by producing environmentally sustainable plastic packages out of waste, edible agar-agar packaging out of biomass, and increasing the overall market value of the blueberry and lobster.
