I co-founded this nomadic theatre company and serve to lead the operations of the organization dedicated to creating an inclusive space for diverse talents in the Twin Cities. I serve as the escalation point for all finance, fundraising, accounting, and financial management of the start-up. I also lead the HR processes including recruiting and hiring the talent. I was extended an internship opportunity from a nonprofit performing company while staying in Ireland for a cross-country academic program.
