In this 4-month internship, I had the opportunity to learn the mathematical modelling of the Finite-Element Method, applying the knowledge acquired to analyze the Elastic Wave propagation on a beam, assuming it propagated only alongside its length. I was also taught modelling and stress analysis on Ansys Mechanical APDL. In addition to that, I was able to learn and apply concepts of Machine Learning in my internship, with emphasis on Time-Series analysis, which made me capable of assisting the team on a ML project for Petrobrás, that gave me the chance to develop my interpersonal skills and working in group hability.
