Responsible for FEJERS' public relations, for the director's board management and for attracting and developing strategic and financial partnerships for the federation. Back then, 1,500 young entrepreneurs spread across 34 different cities were connected to FEJERS.- Led a 30 people team who accomplished, for the 3rd consecutive year, the High Impact Federation status, which is granted to federations that achieved all of the annual goals. Only 3 of Brazil’s 27 state federations had attained this title 3 times;- Prospected and consolidated partnerships that increased the federation’s annual revenue by over 300% (R$ 30k to R$ 93.5k), raising the number of partners from 3 to 17.
