In a period of 4 years, from 2014-2018, I was very privileged to have Henrik as my direct superior in Semco Maritime. During his 4 years in the company, Henrik was a very supportive and engaged manager, leading a team of close to 200 people on 6 different locations in Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Being a part of the management team, I experienced first-hand many of Henrik’s key strengths. Among them the ability to delegate power and decision-making to his subordinates, which I highly appreciated myself. Secondly, Henrik is especially strong when it comes to making market and business analysis and setting strategic directions. Through a major downturn in our industry, he was able to keep his team inspired and motivated with well-prepared business plans, including clearly defined focus areas and how to beat the competition. To me, Henrik was a very inspiring manager that truly understands how to involve his colleagues. I am very pleased to recommend Henrik. Martin

I have had the honour to have Henrik as my immediate manager for the last 4 years (2014-2018) in Semco Maritime A/S. During this period I have had a close working relationship with Henrik. Enjoyed the sparring, strategic and tactical discussions we have had. As manager Henrik has always been open for sparring or advise if needed and at the same time giving the space for me to develop as manager. During the period in Semco Henrik has shown his best competences during possible acquisitions. Henrik works very professional extremely strategically and well funded in business economy, transactions and integration. He's very skilled in presenting and negotiations whether it's in Danish or English. I will not forget Henrik for taking us all through development of our 2020 strategy and he's analytic and strategic competences during contract negotiation. I can highly recommend Henrik, both as immediate manager and colleague.
