As the Development Director for Frostbite Rendering I directly manage 15+ world class rendering engineers through one-on-ones and team development sessions, project manage five teams (25+ people) distributed over multiple time zones, accountable for team structure and methodology, release plans, facilitating and load balancing the daily work and responsible for running special high profile projects that spans multiple game studios and people.The transition to Frostbites world acclaimed Physically Based Rendering is an example of a project I managed. In this project we developed the technology and organized the on-boarding and on-site education for hundreds of artists in 10+ studios all across EA.As a manager I run regular one-on-ones and facilitate Team Development Sessions to build highly productive teams through direct peer feedback and collaborative goals. Responsible for hiring, firing, promotions, setting salaries and yearly bonus.Other key roles:* Acting Account Manager for the DICE Studios and multiple game projects* Propose and maintain budget for the Rendering Team
