I worked with Henrik during several years, he as a development director and myself as a product owner. Our collaboration was very fruitful, which I would to a large extent attribute to Henrik being a great team member, his strong people skills and especially his passion for what he does.

I had the pleasure to be under the responsabilities of Henrik as a member of the Frostbite rendering team. Henrik have change the vision I have about Development Director job. He his really invest in his job and do it with passion. His goal is always to make you better than you are, be more productive, free you from unnecessary tasks, be happy in your Job, help you to organize your work. He his constantly trying/looking at new management and team building methods, and have innovative idea in this domain. Henrik have really allow me to understand the term "development" in his title, as I have been able to develop myself inside the rendering team because of him. During my time at Frostbite I have been the witness of how his work have positively impact the organization and the moral of the rendering team. He gain the respect of the whole team and it was common for us to ask him advice. Also Henrik have other skills like human ressources that make it an invaluable asset for a company.
