  In charge of the development for ICA Spara I started as the Project Manager for a team of around 40 resources. Decreasing the team size to a fourth, replacing all development resources with more senior and better skilled persons, rebuilding the apps and the backend, and also going to cloud as the first project/product at ICA to become a truly agile, fully autonomous team working with DevOps - that was the short story.
