I had the honor to work for Henrik from 2015 until 2019 when he was heading the global Go-to-Market Strategy Team within Bayer Crop Science’ global Marketing Department. He was accountable for a broad range of very important global initiatives such as Sales Excellence, the global Marketing & Sales Academy, Channel & Inventory Management, Customer Marketing & Food Chain Management to name a few. Under his leadership Bayer Crop Science made a big step forward towards Marketing & Sales Excellence being recognized by internal & external stakeholders alike. For example his global Marketing & Sales Academy Team was awarded several Human Capital Management/Brandon Hall Awards. He was also deeply involved in important pre- & post-merger activities of the Monsanto acquisition where he was often consulted by superiors, peers and direct reports based on his broad change management & organizational design experience which in turn accelerated the process of bringing two different company cultures together. I admire Henrik for his natural leadership style. He’s one of the most empathetic & motivating persons I had the privilege to work with. He’ is always carrying about the people around him and creates a fantastic working atmosphere based on mutual trust, respect, common goals & sense of purpose. I can only give him my very best recommendations and I look forward the opportunity to work with him again.

Henrik is the kind of person, who seems to have 36 hours, where others have only 24. I have worked together with Henrik during our master-education in professional communication at RUC, Roskilde University, on our first and second year master theses, and I have come to know him as a an intelligent person with a good sense of humor. Teamwork is essential at RUC, and here, I have several times seen Henrik immersed in details and then, in a short time be able to establish an overview over a critical problem an suggest, or at least point out a possible road to, a solution.
