      This research is the first of its kind in the Albanian labor market. In this project I collected data from 604 respondents, maintaining a rapport of 0.04% of sample/ population which qualifies the research as statistically significant. Through thorough strategic analysis I evaluated the internal and external competitive position of the workforce in Albania, generated alternative strategies to improve the competitive position, and established four main sources for achieving individual Sustainable Competitive Advantage in the labor market.       For this research paper I studied the key factors that affect the oil market in the USA. Based on raw data from the last 30 years I built a simple linear regression model that predicts the relationship between macroeconomic factors such as GDP, economic growth, and inflation with the price of crude oil. I presented this work at an economic forum, and it was one of the five chosen to be published as a scientific research collection.
