Assistant in the Sustainable Sourcing team of Mars Food. My tasks were among others to assist in supply chain mapping activities of products such as rice, wheat, and dairy. These activities included doing conference calls with suppliers to trace the origin of the products and to get more insight in the level of sustainability of the production process of the products.
