English below. I am a PhD candidate at Utrecht University. In my research I study how well-being (e.g., burnout or work engagement) of healthcare employees is affected by leadership. My aim is to improve well-being through leadership interventions, tested in (field) experiments. This research is conducted in cooperation with Stichting IZZ, a Dutch healthcare collective with over 400,000 members.
