Henni was the one of the key players when I was CEO at SKS Group. SKS Group is 100+ employee organization in Finland and Estonia. Henni’s latest role as Business Development Manager included widely demanding tasks and responsibilities. In last two years’ time for the SKS Group a new strategy and roadmap for the near future were created. She had an important role in strategy planning phase as a project manager and very significant role when the new strategy implementing started in Q4/2021. Good co-operation with the top management and different layers in SKS organization was an essential requirement to succeed in these tasks - Henni has executed these with flying colours. On top of BDM and marketing tasks she has got to know and had an insight to the Board level activities as well. Gathering background information and preparing material for the Board meetings in co-operation with the board members were part of her duties. Henni’s interpersonal and communication skills are extraordinary. When needed she has a capability to be demanding and very focused for a solution and result. On the other hand, she has a good eye to notice that people sometime have a need a bit of extra time to digest new ideas or ways of working. These are a very valuable features when you need to have an ability to challenge and influence to the organization's performance. I see them one of the key features to succeed in leading people in today's challenges. Finally some more praises for her other competencies and capabilities. Henni will never stop surprising you how she keeps on exceeding originally set targets and KPIs and at the same time respects the schedule. She is the most trustworthy and committed team player equipped with a razor-sharp intelligence. I can warmly recommend her to various leading positions in different environments. As her former supervisor I envy the organization who shall work together with Henni in her future tasks.

I have had the pleasure working with Henni in different project groups. I have attended Henni’s trainings, for example CRM. Henni has brought a lot of new, fresh ideas in the company, in many business areas. She has, for example, taken our participation in fairs and different events, totally to the next level.
