Henrik is simply brilliant. Equally so when it comes to technical knowledge and acumen regarding everything from IT hardware, network infrastructure, virtualisation to application level fine-grained troubleshooting or web services integrations. He leaves no stone unturned in pursuit of speed, improvement and stability of our tech stack, regardless if it's hosted in private or public Cloud. He's a keen learner in most things tech and overall a great guy to have in one's team. I'd give my warmest recommendations to Henrik any time of the day.

Henrik is genuinely passionate about technology and a great asset to his team. We worked together on a number of projects, never having had the opportunity to meet face-to-face, and it was immediately down to business with a great rapport. Our work needed a high level of coordination and detail to be successful, and Henrik was really important in keeping the delivery on track.

I was working in a small infrastructure team with building, operating and decommissioning online gambling environments located in other European countries and the US. This included everything from planning and building the physical environment in data centers to managing hundreds of virtual servers behind the actual application/service. I also did most of the everyday network related work tasks such as firewall and switch configuration by myself. Most of the work could be done remotely, but some of the on-site work had to be done by ourselves which meant that I from time to time got the opportunity to travel and see the world. The first 2 years I traveled approximately 25 days per year. Some of the projects I have participated in and often been one of the key technical resources in: - Physical move of 1 site within the same European city with only 10 hour end-user downtime. - Decommissioning 2 physical sites in Europe and migrate them to new site. - Built new virtual site in Europe handling more than one liquidity. - Decommissioned old physical site for test/dev in Sweden. - Built new virtual site for test/dev in Sweden. - Built new virtual sites in US. Responsible for a lot of physical cleanup and virtualization in Sweden, France, Gibraltar and Italy. Reduced the number of physical servers with approximately 90% (from 500+ to ~50). My formal employer was Ongame Services AB, which was part of Amaya Gaming between November 2012 and November 2014. Since November 14th 2014, Ongame Services AB is part of NYX Gaming Group. Show less

My primary focus was to design, build and operate large email/messaging platforms based on Critical Path Memova Messaging, Cisco Ironport and Postfix which handled millions of mailboxes and messages for Bredbandsbolaget, Glocalnet and Telenor. One of the email/messaging platforms was a site redundant Ironport Email Security Appliance (ESA) cluster filtering/routing hundreds of messages/connections every second which during my time at Telenor doubled in size (not due to more spam, but because of all the consolidations/migrations I did) and then became the largest Ironport ESA platform in northern Europe. I also designed a new virtualized Critical Path Memova Messaging platform, for mailbox/file storage, and participated in the migration of millions of users and several TBs of data to it. Besides that I implemented and operated Ironport Web Security Appliances (WSA) for various web security purposes, participated in day to day operations of physical/virtual Linux based systems (which could be anything from hardware maintenance to software configuration) and co-operated with Abuse Department to identify and handle infected computers in AS2119. When I wasn't at the office, I could be found in one of Telenor's data centers performing rewiring, relocation and consolidation of all kinds of equipment to free unnecessary occupied space and prepare for virtualization. A perfect place and work task to vent my feelings for spam. Show less

Visit AB was a small Internet Service Provider (ISP) with over 10000 cable tv customers and 5000 broadband customers which in July 2005 was bought by Com Hem. I was one of approximately 10 employees at Visit AB and, as it was a small company, I worked with everything from customer support to server administration of business critical Linux servers. Included in the latter was setting up new caching/authoritative DNS servers, mail servers for customer email addresses and outgoing SMTP relays. Show less
