As a Senior Software Consultant, I was given full ownership to many key projects/tools of CTIFirefly solutions (Call Centre application) at Citigroup. I worked mainly on C/C++ and VC++ (MFC and SDK) technologies and developed the GUI tools from the scratch. So these tools basically generate the UI theme(s), animation slides, Texture, etc. and eventually this info will be used by the Rendering Engine to draw the windows and controls for the Firefly applications. Few of my successfully completed projects at Citigroup are (i) Firefly GUI Editor, (ii) Firefly Theme Editor, (iii) Firefly Animation Tool, and (iv) Firefly Common Service Plugin. Show less
