To write about Hemant Parmar, is to write a big bibliography on this humble, smart, up right gentlemen. Well, we have had opportunity to work together when I was heading Midday as there CIO. Hemant was the Project Manager to lead our entire office Infrastructure and its total connectivity. With his soundness of LAN/WAN and its complex protocols plus implementation of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and other Newspaper Integrated Applications, you shall not believe what this quite, very smart gentlemen did, instead of rolling out with a bang, he rolled out a pilot of this implementation, piece-by-piece, whereby checking out every anomaly, resolving it, and successfully rolling out its live operations as we had our Live Newspaper operations to be brought out daily with 4 - 5 editions. He and his fine team outperformed in every field of implementation, and the whole project was duly completed with MICROLANDER's (As they were referred to) to superb fruition in less than 4 months. Thus, bringing full automation into our Midday Newspaper Operations and Roll-out. Our office's were decentralized to 3 locations within Mumbai. Other than rolling out the entire project superbly, he also saw that the 3 triad's of security were maintained of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability at all the times, along with successful implementation of our DRP/BCP site. Kudos to his fine managerial judgment and implementations skills. I would be so happy to state that In Hemant, you shall not only find a fine gentlemen but a Project Management Master "Guru" at work. I wish him all the Best always.
