Monthly Planning and Scheduling of material as per the Marketing schedule. Planning for the logistics as per the requirement of material for production and its availability with suppliers. Work towards strengthening the existing supplier base by providing quarterly updates for supplier’s performance and developing alternate source of suppliers. Working on SCM related software tools for Updating supplier database
