Responsibilities: • Working as a Technical Recruiter handling Full Life Cycle of Recruitment placing active and passive candidates (Contract, CTH & Perm Position). • Sourcing and screening resumes on Various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and Social networking recruiting such as LinkedIn. • coordinating and scheduling technical tests and interviews and responsibility till joining of candidate. • Working with direct clients and Implementation partners.
