Advanced Sequence Saturation Mutagenesis method for random incorporation of consecutive mutations and transversions which are unfeasible by epPCR. The new protocol is being used in spin off company SeSaM-Biotech GmbH Mutant libraries and has been shown useful in protein evolution campaigns for non-natural properties.
