Our local brands, including Leboncoin in France, mobile.de in Germany, InfoJobs in Spain, Subito in Italy, OLX in Brazil and Kijiji in Canada, have a total of 1.5 billion site visits and 250 million unique users each month. They form an integral part of life for users, support local communities and help shape a more sustainable future. Roles and Responsibilities: • Supported Senior Technical Project Manager to create the project plan and milestone plan • Monitored the milestones for various project work streams and tracked the project status and progress • Identified & reviewed the dependencies in the project • Maintained the project workstream tracker for the project’s progress reporting • Created and maintained the project documentation • Took meeting notes and identified the action items in the weekly goal check-in meetings • Reported the potential impediments & managed the risks • Assisted the planning and execution of the Proof of Concept (POC) phase for a software replacement project • Facilitated the daily stand-ups and discussed the progress and blockers for the day-to-day tasks with the software developers • Coordinated and communicated with the project teams to keep the stakeholders updated about the project’s progress and impediments • Creating and maintaining the tickets in JIRA as per the project requirements • Planned organised and participated in testing sessions • Creating the monthly State of the Product Newsletter to provide updates regarding the Product and Tech-related developments Show less
