  * Post Fixture Operations for the chartered vessels. * Engage actively with Owners, Charterers, Agents, Master/Ship Crew, and Surveyors, etc in order to carry out the operations smoothly. * Promote good relationships with Owner/Masters to continuously monitor and improve operational efficiency over and above TCP obligations. The incumbent will be expected to be a focal point to manage ship owner account. *Arrange bunkers and OPL activities as required by the vessel. *Close out the charter parties accounting for all costs, including TCP claims and obtain sign-off from freight traders. *Devise optimal voyage plans working with the vessel and commercial colleagues. * Efficiently handle clients in order to close the file as early as possible upon redelivery of the vessel. * Laytime calculations, demurrage/claims handling. * Technical assistance with the ships owned by the company. * Commercial operations to ensure the company profits from the business. * Maintain good relationship with all concerned parties in the field. * Raise invoices / debit notes / credit notes and calculate the PnL for each vessel upon completion. * Out-of-hours operational support.
