  I manage translation projects for both local and international clients. I schedule the translation flow and find quick solutions in case of any problems. I also manage the budget of the projects and of course communicate with the clients. Daily tasks include attracting new clients; quality assurance; updating internal databases; regular reports on possible problems, ongoing / new projects. Challenges include handling a high intensity work flow and figuring out possible improvements.

  As a tour guide for cruise ships I have the opportunity to introduce Tallinn and Estonia to large (up to 49 people) tourist groups. I work in Spanish and English languages. As a certified tour guide of Eesti Vabaõhumuuseum I am allowed to tour the museum and therefore have a wider range than just old town and city centre.
