      As a Nordic Supply Chain Planner I’ve been responsible for 13 different vendor accounts. The main objective is to adopt the stock levels to an optimal KPI standpoint. The KPI’s concern availability, inventory turnover rate, inventory cost and also net sales. This makes for a fast paced everyday environment with a lot of different communication cross countries, both with suppliers and Tech Data internal stakeholders.
