  I am currently working as Postdoctoral researcher in the Systems Biology group of Prof. Timmer at the University of Freiburg. The group aims at data analysis with the emphasis on building mechanistic models based on ordinary differential equations. Model predictions and experimental design is conducted via the maximum likelihood approach. Further, statistical methods for big data analysis, e.g. next-generation sequencing, and an open-source software environment are jointly developed.
