  As Head of Happiness my goal is to improve the well-being of my colleagues at the workplace and introduce initiatives to increase employee satisfaction.   In this role I am responsible for all marketing activities surrounding the global brand, increasing the awareness of the main product in the automotive software testing sector. Catering to a B2B niche, I set up the strategy and maintain all channels from website appearance, text and video content creation, PR messaging to SEA, SEO and even corporate marketing with world-wide distribution partners. One of my latest achievements was setting up a lead generation CRM (HubSpot) to track license and download requests in order to grow the lead data base for our Sales department.Since I had no previous knowledge of software development, I particularly enjoy learning about this new subject in order to better communicate about the software product to the automotive software industry. Meanwhile, I am getting acquainted with subjects like autonomous driving, V2V communication and embedded systems.

I analyzed sales and turnover from various channels closely and set up the marketing strategy accordingly, since the business was very numbers-driven.
