The Institutional and Academic Relations Department is the School’s unit taking care of the academic experience and students’ and participants' career enhancement. It is focused on helping students and participants to position themselves in their academic or professional careers. This includes the coordination and execution of all educational programs, including continuing education, as well as extra-curricular activities aimed at improving the students’ career opportunities. It also connects with and serves the market by making our academic knowledge available in the form of in-company courses, consulting, and student and alumni recruitment.- Analyze and identify demand for non-regulated courses (intensive, in-company, and summer school), and consulting, and create the corresponding opportunities- Identify, approach, and motivate possible faculty members interested in setting up and executing non-regulated courses and create alliances with them.- Centralize corporate relations across the different departments.- Create a value proposition for institutions, and convert short-term and transactional relations into long-term and strategic relations, covering multiple corporate touchpoints:Academic Affairs- Lead the strategy, and oversee the administrative structure and management of the Office of Academic Affairs.- Ensure the School’s mission is respected as for the outstanding educationInstitutional Quality- Make sure the School is compliant with local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the official university diplomas and lead the possible audits from the School’s end, which are performed by the official institutions. (AQU, ANECA, etc.)- Lead the compliance and continuous improvements of the quality systemsCareer Service and Alumni- Lead the strategy, and oversee the administrative structure and management of the Office of Career Services and Alumni.
