For the Team at InnerCity digital. I approached Helen to have a look at a half-developed website, after a previous developer went into administration. She took a look at what the previous developer had done, and although she didn’t say it and was utter professional I could tell that she knew it could be improved. We then discussed my ideas and advised I spoke to Nathan. I met with Nathan and I discussed how I didn’t want a generic website I wanted something different to what is out there, I wanted an e-commerce site that still allowed us to be creative and not do the same products over and over. I also needed to have a weddings section that was informative for the brides and I could use as part of my wedding consultations with lots of images. Nathan listened to my ideas, we discussed lots of different ways how to make the site work and images we needed to use. Even with my complete lack of understanding about websites and how they work, Nathan was patient, explained everything at my level and nothing was ever too much trouble. When you work with Nathan you are involved with the process at all stages, you feel like you really are part of the team to get the perfect result to represent your brand. After a year of issues and stress with the previous website it took just 12 weeks to have a website that I am so proud of. My website is modern, individual, and completely Flowerhouse! I have a website that is generating sales even without any promotion and we are averaging 3 sales a day, and it is only a week old.
