Improve supervision quality and feedback processes using a clinical supervisor framework and data from quality assurance processes. Directly supervise four program managers, lead program manager and operations meetings, and contribute to crisis phone services and new hire training facilitation and development as needed. Asist program managers towards completing strategic goals for organizational growth. Contribute to culture building of excellence, respect and teamwork. Problem solve and develop new community partners to assist with hiring and community recognition. Contributed to the development and successful adoption of a new electronic health record.
