Originally with Market Star in 1993 where HP began the retail program. I worked as a National Trainer for HP products to the consumer world. Contract was moved to Market Source in 2000. Contracted to Hewlett Packard to hold 1st place the HP products at retail. Analyzed competition strategies and designed new and improved ways to hold customer interest. Trained sales associates on all new HP Products, and promoted HP mindshare and positive customer experiences through marketing strategies and programs. Bought our competition Compaq in 2002 and the program was dissolved.
