My main function within Adecco was positioned at Bosch Tienen as an on site HR consultant. I also was given the opportunity to function in other departments within Adecco. I was trained to teach all concearning staff within Audi concessions in Flanders the implementation of the Audi welcome programme. This training was followed by technicians as well as salesmen and local management in Audi concessions. It was about the usage of The Audi Welcome Programme, designed to keep the customer better informed about services concearning their new car. The course included salestools as wel as the implementation of new software and mailing systems.
