Early 2022 I launched the university's new student recruitment campaign, where students, alumni and teachers talk about the University's profile WIL (work-integrated learning) and what makesUniversity West a different university. As the first university in Sweden, I launched a Virtual Campus (https://virtualcampus.hv.se), which is open 24-7 and has no physical restrictions. I also launched a digital educational test AILtestit (https://ailtestit.hv.se) to inspire more youths to take the leap to higher education. I also work in other development projects like developing an AI influencer to inspire young girls about technology with technology. I have initiated the launch of University West's TikTok channel and the creation of the student ambassador network that manages the channel. Was also assigned to map how the university can/should communicate with existing students. I have established a yearly plan that contains all recurring info and important dates, initiated the creation of a student portal that will be the hub of communication with students and the creation of a group that works cross-functionally with student communication. I have also expanded the university's target group and initiated the prioritization of marketing efforts for specific programs and courses and to increase brand awareness and search pressure.
