I worked at a comprehensive school in Bristol every Thursday for 4 months. I was in charge of a group of 4 children aged 12 to 14. I tutored them in French, we would go over what they had done in class and would particularly look at the things they struggled with. Their class teacher had also told us to try and promote university to the children, as most of them are worried about being able to afford it.

I worked in the village shop in Prangins for 2 years. I worked most Sundays, I was in charge of the till and of serving clients. After a couple of months I was given more responsibility such as organising the deliveries. I coordinated with local restaurants and other shops. I also worked there for a month over August 2015, where I was given the responsibility of closing the shop at the end of the day. This job has given me organisation skills, such as keeping the shop clean and making sure all… I worked in the village shop in Prangins for 2 years. It has also provided me with communication skills, as I had to chat and communicate with all sorts of clients in various languages (German, English,French and Italian). Show more Show less

I worked as a French and English tutor for two years for primary students at the International school of Geneva. The first year I was in charge of a group of 4 students ages 8 of which French was their first language. I mainly helped them with reading as many of them struggled with this, we also made newspaper articles, which they were very enthusiastic about. The second year I worked with a boy for 8 months, who had learning difficulties who went to Oak Hill School.
