Helena is an exemplary employee. Filled with initiative, thinks on her feet, always plans ahead, well organized, spends the time to research, misses nothing, able to pivot and put a fresh perspective on old ideas but more than anything cares about her clients and her coworkers. She can spot talent from a distance, holds the hand of a participant till they can walk and is dedicated to anything she does. I worked with her twice and both times I have been wowed. Taking on more than just her own and spending the time to build documents, procedures and processes. I recommend Helena...today and anyday

I had the privilege of managing Helena is her roles at Elevate. She is an incredible team player, a fast learner and is able to work effectively on her own and in a team. She possesses exceptional project management, communication and interpersonal skills. Helena is goal-oriented and very quickly demonstrated initiative, grit and leadership potential when she joined Elevate as a Success Advisor. It was great to see her grow into a management role after only one year. She would be an asset to any team!
