I work across all areas of Coin Street to promote the brilliant things we have on offer in our community, and the work of our teams, stakeholders and the organisation as a whole. Coin Street is a very varied organisation, comprising commercial properties and galleries, social housing, community programmes, nursery and a family and children's centre. This makes my role varied and exciting. My role includes: - Content planning, creation and evaluation including: design using InDesign and Canva, writing blogs, social media, creating printed brochures and flyers, website editing using Drupal - Internal communications management, planning and implementation. Activities include: the weekly internal newsletter, keeping the intranet up-to-date and engaging, internal events including Town Halls, supporting colleagues to share their news and achievements, and facilitating feedback opportunities - Mental health and wellbeing communications as part of the Wellbeing Team - Project and event management, planning and delivery - Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders - Generally getting involved with everything going on at Coin Street, for example, I took on the role of Elf in our Santa's Grotto at Christmas
