I was responsible for developing new syllabi and corresponding level tests for both campuses of the school. I was responsible for all CPD across the two campuses, which involved inducting new teachers, designing and delivering monthly CPD workshops on various aspects of teaching, and designing and facilitating an annual two-day CPD conference for over 70 teachers. I was also responsible for liaising with all staff regarding attending external seminars and workshops, as well as placements on in-house courses. I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the school (with 600 students at capacity). This included but was not limited to preparing syllabi, class inspections, observing teachers, ensuring the upkeep of lesson logs and plans, preparing level tests, sourcing and allocating teachers, inducting new students to the college and placing them in the appropriate level, participating in multiple ACELS inspections and dealing with both teachers' and students' queries on a daily basis.

Once MLI had finished their summer school season, I worked for Infinity English College as their substitute teacher. I taught IELTS and General Advanced English to adults in the mornings and covered for all levels as needed in the afternoons. After taking the DoS position, I was responsible for room bookings, preparation of class lists and placement of students, sourcing and allocating teachers, booking exams (Trinity and TIE), liaising with group leaders and all academic paperwork (payment details, student paperwork and staff portfolios).
