      I was responsible for developing new syllabi and corresponding level tests for both campuses of the school. I was responsible for all CPD across the two campuses, which involved inducting new teachers, designing and delivering monthly CPD workshops on various aspects of teaching, and designing and facilitating an annual two-day CPD conference for over 70 teachers.
