Helen is an enigma. Her approach to work (and ultimately her passions) can be seen in everything that she does. For Helen her job is more of a vocation and as a result happily integrates her role as part of her life. She does this seemingly seamlessly and is masterful at time management, this is quite evident considering she is currently studying for an MA in her spare time. Helen's success is not down to chance, she's a determined self improver and has consistently been the best Coordinator nationally which is no surprise to those who know her. It is a privilege to have Helen as part our our team.

The Bottle Swap is an award winning service that helps households across the North East reduce the single use plastic waste created in their bathrooms and cleaning cupboards. All of the cleaning and personal care products we stock are eco-friendly, vegan, cruelty free, and from UK manufacturers to support local business and keep our carbon footprint low. We operate a closed loop service, meaning empty containers are collected, washed and reused rather than thrown away or recycled. Our stock is delivered in large containers that we decant from and return to suppliers when they are empty, and on monthly rounds we deliver goods to our customers’ doorsteps in glass bottles which we later collect to reuse too, so there is no waste at any point in the supply chain from manufacturer to end consumer. reduce> reuse> recycle
