Helen and I have worked together for a few years, mostly busy with defining the process related to the production of Marketing Automation campaigns. Various clients were challenging our teams with increasing complexity and amount of work. Both Operational and Marketing skills were required from us and the teams we were leading. During that time I could notice that Helen is a proactive and motivated professional. Her high educational/cultural level is definitely a plus because she is able to challenge colleagues and clients with important questions, details and ideas. I worked closely with Helen for more than a year. At the time, due to the nature of the position and the size of the company, she was doing a lot of things: account management, project management, application specifications, gathering and analysis of KPIs, continual service improvement and much more. I was the developer meant to translate her markets' business rules into code and I must say that I always appreciated the way she explained what needed to be done, the realistic deadlines that she agreed with the client and overall her attitude towards the whole process.
