Having been both recruited by and with Helen, I feel well placed to recommend her. From the candidate perspective, she was excellent. Always answered questions quickly, openly & honestly. She gave clear guidance when required and went the extra mile to provide reassurance though what was a long and difficult process. At the time of the interview I was also in an interview process with other employers, and I would go as far to say that the candidate experience I had at the West Brom played a large part in my final decision. From a recruiting manager perspective, she is responsive and quick to get adverts out and good candidates in. She is an excellent note taker & sounding board when discussing interviews, and has a 6th sense for what makes a good candidate.
