I have had the pleasure of working with Helen for the past two years. She is a driven and organised Manager who has always been supportive towards myself and my learners. Helen’s consistent and genuine management style encourages staff as well as learners to have an open dialogue with her. Helen’s approachable but professional management style reinforces her genuine passion to support teachers and learners to achieve their best. Helen always makes an effort to get to know her department's staff and learners. Helen’s management approach coupled with her determination to make a positive difference inspires staff and students to better themselves.
