I have been responsible for working with a caseload of service users aged 16 and over with a range of disabilities including physical disability, sensory disability, acquired brain injury, stroke, autism spectrum disorder or long-term health condition. I provide person-centred support, mentoring, advice and guidance to my service users to empower them to achieve their vocational action plan goals.. My job is to empower and to focus on finding solutions to the difficulties/challenges they face, to remove barriers and to instil in them a sense of renewed hope and confidence. Show less
