  I have been responsible for working with a caseload of service users aged 16 and over with a range of disabilities including physical disability, sensory disability, acquired brain injury, stroke, autism spectrum disorder or long-term health condition. I provide person-centred support, mentoring, advice and guidance to my service users to empower them to achieve their vocational action plan goals..
