  Assistant manager Mencap Homes Foundation supporting male and female adults with mild to severe learning difficulties and mental health conditions. This included supporting people with dementia, autism, schizophrenia, down’s syndrome, alcohol abuse and personality disorder. I recruited and inducted new staff, and completed staff supervisions. I undertook administrative duties and budget control within the care home as job role and responsibilities. I maintained the health and safety of the home and my main responsibility was to put in place infection control systems and procedures with regular reviews and ensuring these were followed by all staff and visitors.
