Includem is a service to help excluded young people who may have challenging behaviours, including offending. I was at Includem as part of my course at college, where I worked as an Assistant Project Worker. This involves me picking up young people for contacts, completing reports, doing regular updates and ensuring care plans were up to date. After my placement ended I was kept on as a Mentor.
