The role was to manage Testing (SIT, UAT, Performance and regression) and Cutover whilst guiding the stakeholders through the plan though to go live and warranty. When I arrived on the project the plan had slipped and one of my key tasks was to bring the plan back on track and manage senior stakeholders from being despondent to being satisfied. The task was successfully completed. Responsibilities included: Management of SIT and UAT for a SAP BI Solution that consolidates HR data from multiple business processes and data sources across GSK delivering global reporting capability for a newly formed HR Analytics Service. Management of cutover for of HR Operational, HRLT and Talent dashboards to present ‘strategic’ metrics for HR Business Partners through BO Xcelsius dashboards, supplied with data via direct connection to SAP BW. Management of Development of ‘data engine’ to aggregate data to a common form and automated interfaces to GSK strategic ERP systems (PeopleSoft and SAP) and semi automated for all other large market data feeds.
