Manage a $2.4M budget, responsible for fundraising $1M annually to support the operations of an 80+ person school age youth development organization. We serve 3,000 youth age 5-18 as the primary provider of after school and out of school services. Work in collaboration with a 20 person Board of Directors to achieve the organizations vision to ensure that all youth graduate from high school and are work and life ready. Work with community partners to provide enrichment and job training opportunities for youth in our community who need us most. Lead the completion of a $10M capital campaign to build a dedicated high school teen center to support the Club's vision around ending intergenerational poverty. A youth "medical home" resides on the campus that includes dental, medical and mental health services. This model is the first of it's kind in the region and relies on a strong partnership with the Health Dept. and Samaritan Health, a regional hospital and healthcare provider.
