      Property Maintenance - Managing a team of Engineers and Surveyors to ensure that school and corporate buildings are safe and suitable for service delivery. I ensure that statutory testing (gas, legionella etc.) is being carried out to the correct standard. This team also provides a reactive 'out of hours' service to deal with property related emergency repairs on a 24/7 basis.Construction & Design - I manage a team of Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors to monitor capital spend priorities to ensure that school and corporate building projects are delivered on time, demonstrate value for money and delivered to the highest standards. Catering and Cleaning - I manage school catering services in approximately 80 schools within Dudley Borough and Wolverhampton. A total of circa 500 staff are employed to deliver a high quality lunchtime meal to primary and secondary school pupils. More recently I have managed the Dudley Town Hall Bar to provide a beverage service to support entertainment events.
