  Cataphract offer a Recruitment and Vetting Service where we undertake to provide staff with the full range of pre-employment screening checks to BS7858 and vetting checks for staff deployed in sensitive positions. We are an umbrella organization of the Disclosure and Barring Service and Disclosure Scotland, providing Criminal Record Disclosures at Basic, Standard and Enhanced levels and Enhanced Police Checks. We are also registered with Disclosure Scotland for the PVG Scheme. We ensure that your staff who are employed in sensitive posts or critical functions meet the requirements of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard. We then manage applications on your behalf to Government Vetting Departments for National Security Vetting for CTC (Counter Terrorist Check) and SC (Security Check) clearance.   Working across both Jack wills and Aubin and Wills, working on the launch of new seasons and stores. Product development through from design stage to shipment, liaising with suppliers negotiating cost prices and quantities, getting the best outcome from issues that arise throughout every step of the process until the goods are launched. I work very closely with design to ensure deadlines are kept and to help get the best product we can from the suppliers, working alongside merchandising, as well as help manage the tech team to prioritise fit comments and queries from suppliers. I've had the opportunity to travel to Europe to meet and try out new suppliers and also hold hand over meetings to improve lead times, prices, fabric options and iron out any issues from previous seasons to ensure we don’t have any reoccurrence’s. I also conduct end of season reports for company review on supply base, productivity and general results. Show less
