  Overall support to everybody since 2009 in MPS China including General admin' (Receptionist, book / coordinate meeting rooms, create meeting / dates reminder in Outlook, facilities and office stationeries purchaser, monthly reports editor such as attendance, telephone, cv entry, staff annual / sick / marriage / maternity leave balance, all vendors management, office renovation coordinator etc.) Cashier, VAT / normal tax services for 2 companies (payment vouchers, staff reimbursements, all kinds of local / domestic / overseas payment transmitter, renew and submit RMB cash / bank / EURO and USD reports to Manager's review timely, issue VAT, normal invoices and cheque, handle VAT deduction, pick up tax billings, tax receipts, buy financial and HR forms from bank, tax bureau if necessary, apply for VAT invoice adjustment in tax bureau, collect information of all unknown procedures for Manager, prepare and deliver materials to different governments for licenses renewal and annual examination etc.) IT help desk coordinator (set up email account and signature in Outlook for anybody if needed, install essential software eg. printers, Adobe Reader, Solid PDF etc. sometimes, repair network, wireless router, server and computer / laptop error before IT Engineer arrives to the office if urgency) Talents database Manager (review and delete repeated and useless cv monthly, renew and modify the system functions in control panel) HR function (housing fund affairs, prepare on-boarding issues, arrange annual and on-boarding Physical Examination, varies welfare, recruit Assistant etc.) Data analyzation and issue results for internal and clients eg. 360 Leadership Survey, Work well-being, Climate Survey, Personality, Career Motivation.
