I have worked with Helen several times commissioning pieces for Cinema Technology Magazine. The pieces we commissioned were often complex and not necessarily as straightforward and clear as they needed to be. Helen worked tirelessly to question, understand and then deliver to often very tight deadlines. The articles produced are brilliant, well researched, well argued and brilliantly written. The end result is always just want is needed and make for a key feature of the particular edition of the magazine that the work appears in. We love working with Helen at the magazine and she is a key member of our pool of contributors.

Helen is an incredibly talented, hard working, resourceful, positive and full of initiatives writer. It is always a pleasure to work with her and she has contributed enormously to the success of Celluloid Junkie in the last few years. I only wish we had the resources to employ her more full time. Anyone else to have her is lucky.

I've provided copy, content and editorial writing services for various clients on several individual occasions, including Nina & Co and Phil Shirley. These services include, but were not limited to: press releases, newsletters, social media posts, blogs, editorial. The copy I produce is, where relevant, SEO-friendly and written with one specific reader in mind but also has character so that it's engaging, effective and therefore does its job. Copy doesn't have to be boring. Boring, irrelevant copy makes me sad. Proofreading, editing and reformatting is another area that I pride myself on and I genuinely find it really satisfying - please don't judge me. Show less
